In addition to our scientific programme, we have the following social programme available throughout the conference. Apart from the optional excursion, access to all social programme events are included with your registration fee. During the registration process you will be asked to confirm attendance at these events for catering purposes.

Welcome Reception

Monday 21st November 2022 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Join us as we commemorate the end of the first day of the scientific programme with canapés and drinks in the Science Centre Foyer. A perfect opportunity to make new connections and catch up with old friends.

Poster Session

Tuesday 22nd November 2022 5:45 – 7:45 pm

Discuss the latest research findings over refreshments at the Poster Session on Tuesday evening.

Harbour Cruise (Optional Excursion)

Wednesday 23rd November 2022 3:00 – 6:00 pm

Take the opportunity to head out from the conference venue and explore the sparkling blue seas of the Hauraki Gulf and Waitematā Harbour with us on a harbour cruise onboard the Dream-Weaver. Refreshments will be provided. This optional excursion costs $100 per person and has a strict maximum limit so tickets will be allocated on a first in, first served basis.

Conference Dinner

Thursday 24th November 2022 6:15 – 10:00 pm

The conference will conclude with a formal 3 course dinner, to be held in the Owen G. Glenn Building Foyer. The conference dinner ticket is included in your registration (unless on a day registration) and tickets for additional guests can be purchased for $120 per person during the registration process.
